1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
    •    The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    •    You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
    •    The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

    •    Your order number.
    •    The reason for your return.
    •    Photos of any defects or issues (if applicable).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Refund Process
    •    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    •    If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
    •    Items that have been used.
    •    Products returned outside the 14-day window.
    •    Items damaged due to misuse.
