Terms & Conditions

EASY SCREEDY LTD
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Easy Screedy website and to orders placed directly with Easy Screedy Ltd through our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
1. About Us
Easy Screedy Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16267867.
Registered/business address: 60 Midland Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1LU, United Kingdom.
Email: easyscreedy@gmail.com
VAT registration number: 487 8289 16.
2. Our Products
These terms apply to Easy Screedy, Easy Squeegy, Easy Kneely and other products and accessories sold by
Easy Screedy Ltd.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, photographs and other information are accurate. Minor variations in colour, finish, packaging, dimensions or appearance may occur, provided they do not materially alter the product or affect your statutory rights.
Product availability may change without notice.
3. Easy Screedy Compatibility and Product Use
The current roller version of Easy Screedy is designed specifically for 20mm paving. It should not be assumed to be compatible with other paving thicknesses unless we expressly state otherwise.
Easy Screedy and our other products are installation aids and do not replace correct professional or manufacturer-recommended paving practices. The user remains responsible for appropriate site preparation, levels, drainage, bedding materials, slurry primer where required, installation methods and workmanship.
Results can vary depending on the installer, materials, site conditions and installation method. Use of an Easy Screedy Ltd product does not by itself guarantee the finished paving installation.
4. Cleaning, Maintenance and Misuse
Products should be cleaned, maintained and stored appropriately after use. The removable Easy Screedy roller may be removed for cleaning and maintenance.
Where legally applicable, damage caused by misuse, modification, excessive force, neglect, unsuitable replacement components, improper storage, incorrect cleaning, use outside the product's intended purpose, or allowing mortar, cement, slurry primer or other materials to harden onto a product will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
5. Placing an Order
Submitting an order through our website is an offer to purchase the products in your basket. An order is not necessarily accepted merely because payment has been authorised or an automated acknowledgement has been sent.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, we cannot deliver to the supplied address, payment or fraud checks are unsuccessful, or there is an obvious pricing or website error. If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. Prices, VAT and Payment
Prices shown on our website will include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately at checkout.
We may change prices for future orders at any time. Price changes will not affect an order already accepted by us.
If a price is clearly incorrect due to an obvious error, we are not required to supply the product at the incorrect price. We will contact you where appropriate and either offer the product at the correct price or cancel and refund the order.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed for dispatch.
7. Delivery
Our standard delivery service is normally estimated at 3-5 working days. Express delivery is normally estimated at 1-3 working days.
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be treated as having been placed on the following working day for the purpose of calculating estimated delivery times. Saturdays, Sundays and public or bank holidays are not working days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates unless a service is expressly stated to be guaranteed. Orders require processing prior to dispatch, and delivery times should be calculated in accordance with the applicable order cut-off time and working-day definition above.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the stated timeframe. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, transport disruption, customs processing or other exceptional circumstances, subject always to your statutory rights.
We may offer delivery to destinations worldwide where a suitable delivery service is available at checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local charges or clearance requirements imposed by the destination country. International deliveries may also be subject to customs delays.
8. Delivery Information and Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, access is not possible, or the customer fails to follow the courier's reasonable delivery instructions, the courier's redelivery or collection procedures may apply.
9. Risk and Ownership
For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods passes in accordance with applicable law, including when the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to take possession, subject to any applicable statutory rules.
Ownership of the goods passes once we have received payment in full, subject to applicable law.
10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, change-of-mind returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of the terms applying to purchases from our website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Returns & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights.
11. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at easyscreedy@gmail.com with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs or video of the issue.
We will deal with qualifying issues in accordance with applicable consumer law. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.
12. Warranty
Unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular product, Easy Screedy Ltd does not provide an additional commercial manufacturer's warranty beyond the rights and remedies available under applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Promotions, Discount Codes and Special Offers
Promotions, discount codes, affiliate codes and special offers may be subject to additional terms stated with the relevant offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined. We may amend or withdraw promotions for future orders at any time, but this will not affect an order already accepted under a valid promotion.
Codes may be refused or cancelled where they are used contrary to the applicable offer terms, obtained or distributed improperly, or used fraudulently.
14. Bundles and Package Deals
Where products are purchased as part of a discounted bundle or package deal, the price paid reflects the combined offer.
Where only part of a bundle is returned and a refund is legally due, any refund may be calculated by taking account of the actual discounted price paid and the value of products retained, where permitted by law. This is intended to prevent a bundle discount being applied to products that are ultimately retained outside the
qualifying bundle.
Your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights are not affected.
15. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to Easy Screedy Ltd remain protected. This may include the Easy Screedy name and branding, trademarks, logos, product designs, inventions and technology, product names, packaging, written content, instructions, photographs, graphics, videos and other original material.
Aspects of Easy Screedy technology and/or design may be Patent Pending. Nothing on our website or supplied with our products grants any right to copy, reproduce, manufacture, reverse engineer for commercial exploitation, distribute or commercially exploit protected technology, designs or other intellectual property except where the law expressly permits.
Website content, photography, video, graphics and written materials must not be copied, republished, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.
16. Website Use
You must not misuse our website, knowingly introduce malicious material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website's operation, or use automated means to extract or reproduce substantial parts of our content without permission where such activity is unlawful.
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
17. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above and applicable consumer law, Easy Screedy Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow appropriate instructions, unsuitable installation methods, improper site preparation, modification of a product, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for business losses suffered by a consumer where those losses were not reasonably foreseeable consequences of our breach. Separate legal rules may apply to customers purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes.
18. Consumer and Trade/Business Purchases
Some rights described in these terms apply specifically to consumers. A consumer is generally an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Where goods are purchased wholly or mainly for trade or business purposes, certain consumer rights, including some distance-selling cancellation rights, may not apply. Any mandatory legal rights that do apply remain unaffected.
Wholesale and stockist arrangements are not governed by these website consumer terms where separate terms or agreements apply.
19. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Please refer to the Privacy Policy available on our website for further information.
20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such circumstances and will comply with any rights or remedies that the law gives you.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal requirements.
Unless the law requires otherwise, an order will be governed by the version of these terms applicable when the contract for that order was made.
22. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights provided by the law applicable to you. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove those rights.
Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
